                    3月19日，在中国商务部和新加坡贸易及工业部的指导与特别支持下，由中国机电产品进出口商会、新加坡中华总商会共同主办的2024国际产业合作大会（新加坡）暨中国机电产品品牌展览会在新加坡博览中心隆重开幕。来自中新两国和部分RCEP国家政府部门、外交机构、领军企业、金融和法律等专业机构及知名院校的500多名代表参加会议。
                    中国机电商会常务副会长兼专家委员会主任委员郑超主持开幕式。中国商务部副部长兼国际贸易谈判副代表凌激发表视频致辞，新加坡贸易及工业部兼文化、社区及青年部政务部长刘燕玲，中国驻新加坡大使馆临时代办朱憬，中国机电商会会长张钰晶，新加坡中华总商会会长高泉庆，中国机电商会企业副会长、中国交通建设集团有限公司副总经理陈重等嘉宾出席并致辞。中国机电商会专家委员会高级顾问、商务部原副部长陈健，中国教育国际交流协会会长、教育部原副部长刘利民发表主旨演讲。
                    凌激在视频致辞中表示，2023年3月，中新两国领导人进一步将两国关系提升至“全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴关系”，本次国际产业合作大会聚焦中新经贸合作新领域、新方向，是进一步落实两国领导人重要共识的积极举措，并通过深化区域产业合作，推动增强亚太产业链供应链的稳定畅通。他希望充分发挥中新双边合作机制作用，推动中新先进制造业、绿色低碳、数字经济、电子商务等领域合作，加强中新互联互通，共同推进区域产业链供应链的融合发展。
                    刘燕玲在致辞中表示，新中两国长期双边关系的深度和广度为两国企业搭建了更有跨度的合作平台，国际产业合作大会是一个很重要的示范，能够更及时有效把握新的经济增长机遇。活动的主题“绿色数智、产教融合、园区合作、合规经营”点出了未来经济的大方向和发展契机。新加坡致力于加强和各国的经贸联系，鼓励和协助更多企业相互合作，一同携手进军区域和国际市场，共同带动新加坡、中国和本区域的商贸合作再攀高峰。
                    朱憬在致辞中谈到，中国拥有完善的工业体系、超大规模的市场需求、全球规模最大的人才队伍，科技创新能力不断增强，这些优势和动能将持续稳步释放，成为中新合作的重要机遇。大会契合中新两国的发展愿景，是落实双方领导人合作共识的务实举措。展望未来，中新合作机遇多、平台多、动力多，有前景、有奔头、更有干头。
                    在主旨演讲环节，中国机电商会专家委员会高级顾问、商务部原副部长陈健，中国教育国际交流协会会长、教育部原副部长刘利民分别围绕中新经贸合作和国际产教融合主题发表了演讲。
                    陈健指出，中新两国企业界有能力建设一个成熟的产业链合作服务平台，在各国之间构建科学、合理、稳定、互惠的产业链。此次大会的召开无疑是中新合作又一新的方式。平台应遵循开放、专业、务实、精心组织的原则。通过不懈的努力，国际产业合作大会一定会在全球产业链供应链重构中发挥越来越重要的作用。
                    刘利民提出，随着产业全球化和教育国际化的不断深化，以产教融合、技术技能人才培养为主要特征的职业教育被置于中国发展战略中更加突出的位置。此次大会为产业界、教育界搭建了一个难得的交流合作平台，院校和企业应携手赋能产教深度融合，为全球和区域经济合作提供动力，为经济社会发展作出更大贡献。
                    本届大会在去年首届基础上形成了领域更广、更加前沿、更具深度的务实成果。会上，中国工程院院士、国家城安院院长、深圳城安院名誉院长岳清瑞与中国机电商会常务副会长郑超、新加坡中华总商会副会长李思亮共同发布了城市智能监测预警系统的最新技术和产品。大会还同时发布中国机电产品碳标识及东盟投资合作服务平台。在与会嘉宾见证下，相关各方签署了《职业技术教育国际产教融合共同体发起倡议书》《绿色发展合作备忘录》《新加坡中华总商会与南洋理工学院合作备忘录》《新加坡中华总商会管理学院与淡马锡理工学院合作备忘录》及《国际产业合作系列高级研讨班合作协议》。
                    在全球气候变化和国际绿色贸易壁垒凸显的大背景下，中国机电产品产销企业对碳足迹、碳标识、碳信息披露的需求日益迫切。中国机电产品碳标识的发布对于提升本土产品碳足迹管理水平，推动国际规则“引进来”和本土认证“走出去”具有里程碑意义，同时也是中国机电商会为加快发展新质生产力，顺应企业绿色发展要求，推动产品全生命周期低碳转型，推进产业链供应链绿色发展，增强对外贸易竞争力，促进我国优势技术和优质高效绿色产品走出去而进行的有益实践，特别是以不同国家商协会间互促互认的创新方式，有效提升了产品碳标识国际互认的可行性和认可度，为中国碳标识国际化进行了有益探索。
                    开幕式前，嘉宾们观看了大会各主题活动参与企业和投资推介会相关省市政府的宣传展板并进行了交流。

                    本届品牌展参展企业来自北京、重庆、广州、宁波、佛山、中山、廉江等10多个地区，中国电子、中国建筑、中国铁建、中国交建以及晶澳、小米、遨博等近130家领军企业展示了电力能源、建筑机械、家用电器及消费电子、新能源汽车及零部件等领域的品牌产品。今年展会还首次设立了由新加坡中华总商会组织，大华银行、星展银行、华侨银行、立杰律所、達豐控股、用友软件等多家新方企业组成的新加坡展区，展现了中新企业携手开拓东南亚市场的合作前景。
