                  推动与“一带一路”国家重点产品碳标识互认，让中国机电产品碳足迹有迹可循。中国机电产品碳标识是加快发展新质生产力，推动产品全生命周期低碳转型和产业链供应链绿色发展，增强对外贸易竞争力，促进我国优势技术和优质高效绿色产品走出去而进行的有益实践。
                  在中国商务部和新加坡贸易及工业部的指导与特别支持下，由中国机电产品进出口商会、新加坡中华总商会共同主办的2024国际产业合作大会（新加坡）暨中国机电产品品牌展览会（以下简称“大会”），于3月19日至21日在新加坡国际会展中心盛大举行。来自中国、新加坡及其他RCEP国家政府部门、重点金融机构和行业领军企业的500多名业界代表就相关议题进行深度研讨交流，以期通过大会及展览搭建的国际产业合作支持服务平台，积极践行双方政府合作共识，共促多双边经贸交流深入开展。

）首次发布中国机电产品碳标识。中国机电产品碳标识的发布对于提升本土产品碳足迹管理水平，推动国际规则“引进来”和本土认证“走出去”具有里程碑意义。此外，中国机电商会还与新加坡制造商总会签署了《绿色发展合作备忘录》，整合双方优质资源，服务会员企业实现绿色发展，积极推动碳标识互认。

                  01 中国机电产品碳标识发布背景
                  在全球气候变化和国际绿色贸易壁垒凸显的大背景下，中国机电产品产销企业对碳足迹、碳标识、碳信息披露的需求日益迫切。作为机电行业低碳发展和绿色转型的重要推进者，中国机电产品进出口商会在九州官网
数字化技术的支持下，在首届新加坡国际产业合作大会期间（2023年3月），正式推出了「」，目前已有超百家企业的数百种产品开展了碳足迹信息披露，逐步形成了一个有韧性、高透明度的双碳信息生态网。
                  此次推出的，就是中国机电商会为加快发展新质生产力，顺应企业绿色发展要求，推动产品全生命周期低碳转型，推进产业链供应链绿色发展，增强对外贸易竞争力，促进我国优势技术和优质高效绿色产品走出去而进行的有益实践，特别是以不同国家商协会间互促互认的创新方式，有效提升了产品碳标识国际互认的可行性和认可度，为中国碳标识国际化进行了有益探索。
                  02 中国机电产品碳标识及其意义
                  相较于传统碳标签，中国机电产品碳标识开创性地具有碳足迹溯源功能，能够真正实现产品碳足迹的可见、可溯、可认。
                  中国机电产品碳标识的发布是建立在顺应中国机电企业绿色可持续发展和高质量走出去的需求之上的，只有厘清产品碳足迹、合规披露产品碳信息、保障双碳信息可溯源，才能真正地赋能产品绿色低碳价值，从而提升品牌可持续形象、提振绿色消费市场。
                  中国机电产品碳标识的推广有助于推动企业低碳转型、助力供应链协同脱碳、规避绿色贸易壁垒、培养低碳消费意识、实现我国双碳目标。
                  03 如何拥有机电产品碳标识

                  • 首先，机电产品需采用国际、国内权威的碳足迹标准进行碳足迹核算，并在通过白名单内第三方认证机构的验证后获得国际、国内互认的碳足迹证书，确保产品碳数据的合规性。
                  • 然后，企业提出碳标识申请，经中国机电商会专家委员会审核批准后，符合要求的产品可获得中国机电产品碳标识。
                  • 最后，获得碳标识的机电产品将由「」进行碳信息披露并获得流量扶持，同时，产品碳信息将被自动化同步至相关应用和采购场景，产品绿色低碳的价值点得到大力推广。
                  通过赋能产品绿色低碳价值，中国机电产品碳标识可以帮助产品获得差异性竞争优势、进入绿色采购白名单、获得国家政策支持、应对绿色贸易壁垒顺利出海等，是我国建设产品碳标识认证制度的标志性试点。
