                  最近，第28届联合国气候变化大会（COP28）正在进行中，中国汽车制造商吉利控股集团（以下称“吉利”）在COP28中国角分享了自身在碳减排、碳利用和碳管理方面的经验和实践。在车企们愈发关注零碳产品、低碳品牌形象、气候领导力的背景下，汽车全产业链上中下游公司也需要加快减碳步伐，共建绿色低碳供应链。
                  01 吉利全链路减碳实践
                  「 碳减排 」
                  关键环节：加速智能电动布局，大力推动新能源低碳出行。
                  行动：从设计到研发，从生产制造到产品交付再到报废回收，全面深化落实全链路的碳中和，研发了多款低碳环保车型。其中，吉利智能电混SUV银河L7获得2023年低碳领跑者车型奖；极氪001车身则采用15%的可再生钢板材料和25%可再生铝合金材料，极氪009全车采用环境友好型材料，实现了植物性原料占比30%。
                  与可持续发展相关的收并购方面，在2013年，全资收购LEVC，帮助其新能源转型。在2017年，建设落成英国第一家电动车工厂，先后推出TX5和VN5高端出行车辆。
                  「 碳利用 」
                  关键环节：深耕绿色甲醇生态，持续探索能源解题之道。
                  行动：吉利在甲醇能源制备端、甲醇能源输配送体系、甲醇车辆应用端等全产业链都已成熟。初步实现了二氧化碳资源化利用的甲醇循化生态。同时，吉利在积极研发车载二氧化碳捕集系统，从而实现甲醇重卡的近零排放。
                  「 碳管理 」
                  关键环节：立足数字科技创新，实现全链路全周期碳管理。
                  行动：吉利通过前沿IT技术，对汽车、动力电池及整个供应链的碳排放进行全程跟踪和管理。吉利体系100多款车型、上千个零部件完成碳足迹核算。此外，吉利拥有16家国家级绿色工厂和零碳工厂。
                  02 汽车全链低碳转型进行时
                  汽车产业是全球碳排放的主要行业之一。国际能源署预测，到2070年，全球汽车使用量相较2020年翻一番，汽车保有量增长60%。在碳达峰碳中和“1+N”政策背景下，汽车全产业链绿色低碳转型是大势所趋，国内外车企们纷纷提出了碳中和目标。其中保时捷和奔驰都承诺在2030年实现全价值链碳中和。

                  实际上，不少头部车企已经开始优化供应商准入流程，积极引入低碳供应商。例如，奔驰宣布从2021年开始将碳中和要求列入合同条款，到2039年，只有实现碳中和的生产材料才会被采购；大众集团则要求供应链企业到2025年实现减碳30％，到2050年实现碳中和，未能依照标准完成碳减排目标的供应商将失去采购资格。
                  更有车企直接对供应商提出了明确的低碳或减碳要求。比如，丰田汽车要求主要供应商2021年碳排放量要同比减少3%；宝马集团计划到2030年供应链环节单车平均碳排放量较2019年降低20%；沃尔沃要求到2025年所有一级供应商须100%使用绿电。

                  虽然，国内的主流车企都在纷纷成立双碳管理组织，设立双碳目标，开展减碳行动。但是，仅由整车企业或大型供应商开展减碳工作管理的成效是有限的，难以真正实现汽车行业全链脱碳目标。
                  03 汽车产业链减碳能力有待提高
                  汽车行业降碳减排需全产业链上中下游公司共同参与，因为汽车供应链具有链条长、覆盖面广、配套企业多的特点。

                  从智能汽车产业链图可知，上游分为感知系统、控制系统、操作系统、通讯系统、摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、高精地图、定位、算法、芯片、电子电器架构、云平台；中游分为执行系统、ADAS执行、智能中控、语音交互；下游分为运营维护、开发测试、出行服务、物流服务。
                  汽车碳足迹核算，需要拆分到具体的零部件，甚至拆分到单一材料。电动汽车生产过程中，碳排放最密集的部分是生产用于汽车的电池。

                  以汽车的电动零部件产业链来看，上中下游合计涉及十余种类别。可见，汽车全链减碳面临产业链上下游协同减碳难度大的难题。那么，汽车产业链减碳就需要联动产业链上中下游开展减碳行动，以达成绿色低碳目标。
                  与此同时，汽车全链低碳转型还面临碳足迹盘查难度大的问题。
                  碳足迹是从生命周期的角度出发，分析生命周期内的碳排放过程。产品碳足迹一般指产品从原材料加工、运输、生产到出厂销售等流程所产生的碳排放量总和，是衡量生产企业和产品绿色低碳水平的重要指标。
                  企业碳盘查之所以难，主要是由于数据量大且分散，收集难度高，易遗漏，计算复杂。因此，企业往往因为碳足迹盘查无从下手、专业碳中和人才紧缺、盘查成本压力大等种种原因对碳足迹盘查感到“有心无力”。
                  汽车全产业链减排实现的基础，是对碳足迹的有效追踪。而有效追踪的实现基础在于统一的数字化碳管理平台。通过数字化碳管理平台，汽车产业链上的公司可以互通碳排放数据。此外，数字化碳管理系统还可以实现实时采集、分析、溯源及调控碳排放量。
                  值得一提的是，8月17日，欧盟官方公示满20天的《欧盟电池和废电池法规》正式生效，该法规明确了有关碳足迹披露的强制要求。根据这项法规，电池生产企业必须公开电动汽车电池、轻型交通工具电池、容量超过2kWh的可充电工业电池（完全外储）和容量超过 2kWh 的可充电工业电池（不完全外储）碳足迹。

                  但从长远来看，新电池法案有望推动国内的碳足迹和回收机制得以完善，进一步促进国内电池产业朝着绿色低碳方向加速转型。
                  随着《欧盟电池和废电池法规》要求的碳足迹披露关键时间的临近，汽车产业链中的相关电池企业应尽快进行产品碳足迹核查，开展减碳行动，以满足欧盟法规对于碳足迹披露的要求。
