                        国家标准化管理委员会等18部门：印发《贯彻实施〈国家标准化发展纲要〉行动计划（2024—2025年）》
                        3月26日，国家标准化管理委员会联合市场监管总局、中央网信办等部门发布《贯彻实施〈国家标准化发展纲要〉行动计划（2024—2025年）》，强调持续健全碳达峰碳中和标准体系。加快健全重点行业企业碳排放核算和报告标准，加快研制产品碳足迹核算基础通用国家标准，制修订碳排放核查程序、人员和机构标准，推动钢铁、铝、塑料、动力电池等重点产品碳排放强度、碳足迹等基础共性标准研制。

                        上海市：印发《上海市加快建立产品碳足迹管理体系 打造绿色低碳供应链的行动方案》
                        3月25日，上海市市政府办公厅近日印发《上海市加快建立产品碳足迹管理体系 打造绿色低碳供应链的行动方案》。《行动方案》提出到2025年，制定出台30个左右产品碳足迹相关地方、企业或团体标准，基本建成产品碳足迹服务平台体系，显著拓展产品碳标识应用场景，推进打造50家以上绿色低碳链主企业，培育一批具有国际服务水平的绿色低碳专业服务机构；到2030年，制定出台100个左右产品碳足迹相关地方、企业或团体标准，全面建成产品碳足迹服务平台体系，推动产品碳标识认证制度在长三角全面实施并广泛应用，形成市场化良性运转的绿色低碳供应链，集聚一批具有国际影响力的绿色低碳链主企业和专业服务机构。
                        山东省：到2025年，将建成一批近零碳城市、园区和社区
                        3月28日，山东省人民政府新闻办公室召开新闻发布会，提到，目前正在开展20个县（市、区）、20个园区、30个社区的近零碳示范创建工作，到2025年，将建成一批近零碳城市、园区和社区，形成可复制、可推广的近零碳发展经验，切实发挥引领和示范作用，推动区域发展从低碳到近零碳、零碳的转变。
                        湖北省：印发交通运输领域碳排放核算方法和报告指南（试行）
                        3月26日，湖北省交通运输厅印发《湖北省交通运输领域碳排放核算方法和报告指南（试行）》。以加强行业节能减排统计、监测能力，提高政策实施效果和交通运输领域碳排放管理的水平。
                        四川省巴中市：印发《巴中市碳达峰实施方案》
                        3月27日，巴中市人民政府印发《巴中市碳达峰实施方案》。方案提出健全法规规章标准，探索建立地方重点产品全生命周期碳足迹核算标准。建立健全市场化机制，开展公共机构碳排放核查，推广碳披露和碳标签。加强绿色贸易国际合作，鼓励出口企业按照绿色产品标准、认证、标识等开展出口产品低碳认证。落实绿色低碳产品政府采购需求标准体系。

                        美的集团：预计2030年实现智能家电主要品类碳足迹核算100%覆盖，获超40张产品碳足迹认证证书
                        3月28日，美的集团正式发布了《2023美的集团ESG报告》。根据报告，美的集团共有9类产品累计获得40张产品碳足迹认证证书。其可持续发展目标是预计2030年围一、范围二温室气体排放强度(吨二氧化碳当量/万元产值)从目前的0.061下降至0.040，实现智能家电主要品类碳足迹核算100%全覆盖。
                        苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆·库克：中国供应商助力苹果加速实现碳中和
                        3月25日，苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆·库克在中国发展高层论坛2024年年会上说：“非常感激中国的合作伙伴”。库克称，中国供应商不仅接受苹果的绿色发展目标，同时在这个过程中还不断创新，他们发展出来的新方式帮助苹果更好地实现了目标。苹果很多合作伙伴来自中国，如果不能与供应商很好合作，九州官网将无法实现碳中和目标。
                        宁德时代：呼吁行业加强合作，以开放式创新解决气候问题
                        3月27日，宁德时代创始人兼董事长曾毓群（Robin Zeng）博士在香港举行的"世界合一论坛 (One Earth Summit）"上表示，宁德时代愿与任何致力于加速绿色能源转型、电动交通和循环经济的企业，包括与竞争对手共同合作，分享其技术和零碳实践。宁德时代呼吁企业之间、国家之间加强开放式创新，以应对日益严峻的气候变化挑战。
                        伊利集团：2027年将实现核心供应商100%低碳转型
                        3月24日，中国发展高层论坛2024年年会在北京举行。伊利集团高级执行总裁张剑秋在“碳中和与全球气候治理”分论坛中，提到伊利集团为推动实现合作伙伴的低碳转型，2027年，伊利将实现核心供应商100%低碳转型。
                        长城汽车：去年减少碳排量超1万吨
                        3月28日，长城汽车在2023企业社会责任报告中表示，长城汽车积极参与电力市场绿色电力交易，2023年累计采购绿电近2511万kWh（千瓦时），减少碳排量1.43万吨。
