                        物流业是全球温室气体排放的主要来源之一。同时，物流活动贯穿于各行业运营的始末，企业自有物流产生的碳排放属于运营排放范围，而委托/采购的外包物流服务，即“类别4上游运输和配送”以及“类别9下游运输和配送”均属于企业的范围三排放。因此物流不仅是企业的运营降碳重点，也是管理范围三碳排放的重点，特别是对物流高强度依赖的电商、建材等行业。
                        本文通过分析零售、食品、化工、医药、鞋服、家具、建材、电商八大行业巨头公开披露的碳数据情况，解读物流降碳对企业实现净零排放的重要性，并分享了这些行业巨头近年来的物流降碳措施，以期提供借鉴。

                        本文盘点了各行业巨头公开披露的碳排放数据。如下表所示，零售行业的玛莎百货和食品行业的亿滋，其物流碳排放占总排放比例为3-4%；化工行业的巴斯夫和医药行业的罗氏，其物流排放占范围三总排放的4%以上；鞋服行业阿迪达斯和家具行业宜家的这一比例则为6-7%，建材行业的豪瑞和电商行业的亚马逊占比则更高，分别为15%和27%。

                        物流依赖程度越高的行业，物流占总碳排放或范围三排放的比例就越高，这类企业更倾向于主动推进物流减排。下文将分享部分行业领头企业采取的物流降碳措施。
                        玛莎百货
                        Marks&Spencer
                        根据玛莎百货最新披露的报告，其自有物流所产生的碳排放占其运营总排放（Scope1&2）超1/3。
                        在2024年，玛莎百货引入了85辆低排放车辆替代柴油车辆，该项目也隶属于应英国政府零排放重型货车和基础设施示范计划 (ZEHID)的一部分，旨在推动加速公路货运脱碳。

                        通过提高网络效率以及大量投资新技术和清洁燃料，玛莎百货2024年度将自有物流碳排放减少了2%。此外，玛莎百货还计划将超过40%的车队转为低碳排放车辆。
                        亿滋
                        Mondelēz International
                        从制造工厂到客户过程中的物流排放约占亿滋总排放的4%，其中大部分物流业务都是外包的，主要来源是卡车运输，因此推动物流供应商低碳合作至关重要。

                        在欧洲，亿滋开展了一项“从设计到运输”的计划，旨在通过提高车辆利用率来提升运输效率，该计划主要从优化托盘高度、优化托盘装载和Pack Light Right计划三个维度实施。
                        宜家
                        IKEA
                        根据最新披露的数据，宜家供应链物流排放占范围三的7%左右。宜家的目标是到2030财年，产品运输和物流碳排放较2016年绝对减排50%。宜家认为实现净零运输需要整个供应链的协作，并通过与物流服务商合作降低能源和燃料的消耗、部署生物质燃料、增加电动汽车、公转铁、公转水等方式逐步降低物流碳排放。

                        在2024财年，宜家通过扩大生物燃料在航运中的使用，已减少49,164吨碳排放。与上一年相比，生物燃料的使用规模扩大了95%。
                        豪瑞
                        HOLCIM
                        “类别9下游运输和分配”目前占豪瑞范围三排放的13%，也是其重点减碳领域，集团计划到2030年，将每吨运输材料的范围三下游运输排放量较2020年减少24.3%。
                        豪瑞设置了四大矩阵进行降碳：1）向低排放卡车过渡；2）在可能的情况下使用铁路或水路运输；3）优化车辆调度，包括使用轻型拖车；4）鼓励环保驾驶，优化驾驶行为减少燃料消耗。
                        在协同降碳方面，豪瑞与梅赛德斯-奔驰合作试点GenH2氢动力卡车，另外还与沃尔沃、戴姆勒、雷诺和三一等领先设备制造商合作开展了50个电动卡车试点。
                        在生物燃料方面，豪瑞也在加速BioCNG和BioLNG等生物燃料的整合使用。
                        在数字化解决方案和AI技术应用方面，豪瑞积极采用先进技术优化运输网络和调度方案，通过减少资源浪费和能源使用来降低整个物流网络的碳排放。
                        亚马逊
                        Amazon
                        自有运输网络使用的燃料是直接碳排放的主要来源之一，亚马逊通过电动汽车替代燃料汽车、建设配送充电网络、细化运输网格、扩大低碳燃料规模（如可持续航空燃料SAF，亚马逊拥有Amazon Air自有航运路线）等措施实现自有物流降碳。亚马逊还计划到2025年，在印度投入使用1万辆电动汽车。
                        除自有物流外，类别4上游运输和配送以及类别9下游运输和配送碳排放占范围三排放高达27%，因此也是亚马逊的供应链降碳重点。

                        如图所示，在跨境电商业务模式下，商品从卖家运输至亚马逊物流仓储管理（FBA）有多种模式可选，如亚马逊跨境承运伙伴方案（Amazon SEND）或另择第三方承运商配送。
                        以Amazon SEND为例，该方案是由亚马逊筛选并集成的优质物流服务商，为卖家提供一站式FBA头程入仓服务。亚马逊在美国境内的物流供应商为美国邮政和UPS，境外则分包给了基华物流CEVA和联邦快递等。2025年，极兔国际宣布正式对接亚马逊平台承接物流服务。

                        在Amazon SEND和第三方承运商配送的情况下，极兔国际等物流供应商提供服务时产生的相关碳排放则属于亚马逊的范围三。因此，亚马逊积极采取相关措施，协同物流合作伙伴推动物流低碳化。
                        🔘 2021年，亚马逊、宜家、联合利华等企业加入coZEV联盟，承诺2040年实现零碳海运；
                        🔘 2023年，亚马逊与马士基达成协议，通过马士基的“ECO Delivery”服务，在集装箱运输中采用低碳排放燃料，推动物流行业绿色转型；
                        🔘 2024年，亚马逊宣布与意大利国家铁路集团Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane（FS）旗下Mercitalia物流公司巩固合作关系，在亚马逊位于德国和意大利的配送中心之间运输货物。新的合作符合欧洲到2030年30%的货物通过火车运输的目标，将减少国际公路货运量以及碳排放量。
                        🔘2025年，亚马逊与法国国家铁路公司旗下Rail Logistics Europe集团合作，将包裹装入高铁（TGV）前部封闭货舱，减轻城市交通负担和碳排放。

                        针对自有物流碳排放，车辆电动化、燃料清洁化、调动数字化、碳排放数据透明化已成为物流降碳的必要手段。对于非自身控制范围内的外购物流服务，企业需要联合物流承运、燃料供应、周转货箱供应等公司进行跨行业协作。碳排放数据的精准性和透明化对于企业进行降碳管理也非常重要，因此企业还可以与物流承运商签订数据共享条款，尽可能获得运距、载重、燃料等初级数据（primary data），保障排放数据的精准性。
                        在推进净零排放的进程中，“把物流当做产品一样精细化管理”已成为头部企业的共识。
